Sending goods to private individuals in EU countries? Please read this!

Effective July 1, 2026, the EU has introduced new customs regulations for goods sent from Norway to private individuals within the EU.

A customs duty of 3 EUR per item line now applies to low-value goods (up to 150 EUR). The only exceptions are gifts sent from private individual to private individual with a value under 45 EUR.
